After a long phase knitting shawl, I believe I’m starting a “I knit socks” kind of phase.
And the name of these ones was really appealing : Socks of Kindness it’s a free pattern (go for it) !
I had the perfect yarn for them : “Funky Dino”, sock yarn from my shop.
The thought of having funky dino at my feet made me laugh, and that was another reason to start this project !
Once again, starting a pair of socks is easy… I believe the most difficult part is to start the 2nd one 🙂

Knitting in the car apparently made me sick these days 😢😢😢 but I am glad to acknowledge that knitting in a bus doesn't 🙌🙌🙌 (back from a long weekend in Paris. … by bus) 😉 —— découverte du jour : tricoter dans le bus ne me rend pas malade alors que dans la voiture oui….. cool ! ca rendra les 5h de voyage retour à #clermontferrand un peu plus creatif ! 🙌☺ #knitstagram #socks #knittingsocks #teamchaussette #igersclermontferrand #teamauvergne #tricot #yarnporn #funkydino #sockaddict #knitters #travel #voyage
The pattern is quite easy to follow, and repetitive too, so you cannot really get lost.
Once you find the rythm of it, it just makes senses and all you have to do is keep knitting.
Until the next one….
and the 2nd one, I almost gave up and decided to knit just one of the pair only, but finally, thinking it will just take me a few hours, I’ve decided to keep going. And I am glad I did !
I love this pattern !
and I love this color for socks actually !
but they look even better on my feet !!! 😀
Now get ready for a year of socks, because Letipanda launched a Sock challenge and I’m going to be part of it (her group is here)
Goal is to knit before March 2017, 12 pair of socks…as a matter of fact, I truly believe I can, and I also have plenty of yarns available in my store to do so 🙂
And so I’ve decided to create a special monthly topic on my Ravelry group. a kind of KAL if you want to join me for this ! 🙂
So Let’s do this !!!
